As always this house can be built with many different materials, but by designing the house we also had some materials in mind:

• the outside walls could be made out of insulated pre-fab concrete panels (which would ensure a hurricane safe house and would also cut down building time and last but not least reduce jobsite waste)
• the roof should be flat and could be made out of metal or even light weight concrete
• the windows should be sliding glass doors
• there should be only one floor material - why not concrete in the lower floor and marmoleum in the upper floor
• once more the materials above are just suggestions and the end user's input is necessary
